Keith Green, Vice Chair

Keith Green is senior vice president of Human Resources at Freddie Mac. He was most recently Vice President of Strategy and Talent Development at Allstate Insurance Company. Prior to that, he was a director of mergers and acquisitions with Deutsche Bank in New York and London. Previously, he worked as the Chief of Staff for the Chairman and CEO of Bankers Trust Company. He also worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York, Paris and Houston, and as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs in New York. Keith received his B.A. from Tulane University, M.A. from Middlebury College, and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He also attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. He currently serves on two other nonprofit boards: The Goodman Theatre, The Latin School of Chicago. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council. Keith and his wife, Sonya, have two children, Geoffrey and Alexa.
